All references to US Game Room Supply throughout this site, in our policies, and in our communications should be understood as referring to TNC Stores LLC, doing business as US Game Room Supply. At US Game Room Supply, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers.

2. General Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, plus Washington DC.

  • Future Expansion: We are continually working to expand our shipping destinations.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.
  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Transit Time (Standard Items)

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): Typically takes 1–2 business days.

  • Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We partner with a fulfillment network that utilizes all major domestic carriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
  • Your package will be shipped via one of the following recognized couriers:
    • United States Postal Service (USPS)
    • United Parcel Service (UPS)
    • FedEx
    • DHL eCommerce (or simply DHL)
  • In some regions, specialized last-mile carriers (such as TForce, OnTrac, or LaserShip) may be used for final delivery.
  • Shipments are insured against loss or damage. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly.

6. Order Tracking

  • Your order tracking information is provided as soon as your item ships out from our supplier's fulfillment center.
  • Tracking via Email Link: To track your package, please click the tracking link included in your Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include the specific carrier name and tracking number.

7. IMPORTANT: Brand-by-Brand Shipping Exceptions

If you purchased a large, custom, or specialty item, the policy below for that brand supersedes the General Policy above for that specific item.

BBO Poker Tables Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Method: All poker and game tables ship on pallets via ground freight, fully insured.
  • Delivery Appointment: Carrier will call to schedule a delivery day/time (most require a 4-hour delivery window).
  • Delivery Type: All deliveries are curbside only, unless white glove/inside delivery was arranged before shipping.
  • Inside Delivery: If you request inside delivery at the time of delivery, an additional invoice will be issued.
  • Delivery & Handling: We recommend two people for carrying and assembling the table. Avoid dragging the armrest on the floor during assembly to prevent damage.
  • Receiving Instructions (CRITICAL):
  • Delivery Receipt (DR): Your signature confirms you have inspected the shipment and accept it in its current condition.
  • Box Count: Count all boxes and confirm the total matches the Delivery Receipt. Report and note any missing boxes on the DR before signing.
  • Damage Inspection: Check all boxes for signs of damage (punctures, crushed areas). If a box looks damaged, open and inspect before signing.
  • Note Damage: Note all damages on the Delivery Receipt and inform the driver. You have the right to inspect before signing (typically up to 15 minutes).
  • Refusal: You may refuse damaged portions of the shipment—send damaged boxes back with the driver. Keep any boxes that are in good condition.
  • Damage Reporting: If damage occurs during transit and you follow these instructions, we will send replacements immediately. Failure to report damage properly waives your right to file shipping insurance claims.
  • After Delivery: Email support@gameroomsupplyusa.com with photos of any reported damage. If you fail to note damage on the Delivery Receipt, you release the shipping company from liability and cannot make a damage claim later.
  • Concealed Damage: If hidden damage is found during unpacking, email support@gameroomsupplyusa.com with photos within 3 business days of delivery. Neither BBO Poker Tables nor the carrier is responsible for damage occurring while moving the table into your home/business—please have adequate help ready.

RAM Game Room Shipping Policy

  • All products will ship from our US warehouse via LTL common carrier (Less-Than-Truckload).
  • Shipping may utilize national common carrier brands, which often use local delivery agents for the final mile delivery.
  • Bulky items will specifically ship on a pallet via LTL Freight.
  • Shipping Coverage: We ship all across the continental United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
  • Delivery Time & Process (LTL Freight): Shipping typically takes 8–10 business days. The carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the delivery. The carrier cannot bring the product inside your house or up steps (Curbside Delivery).

Pinball Brothers Shipping Policy

  • All products will ship via LTL common carrier (Less-Than-Truckload).
  • Shipping may utilize national common carrier brands, which often use local delivery agents for the final mile delivery.

Modern GameRoom Shipping Policy

  • Lead Time: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of this product, the current lead time to ship is 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
  • Shipping: Free Shipping Nationwide is offered only within the continental USA.

Saksby Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.
  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
  • Order Shipment Details:
  • Orders are shipped using UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and various LTL Freight carriers to the lower 48 states.
  • Important: You must provide the correct phone number to ensure proper coordination and delivery by the freight carrier.
  • Damages Upon Arrival: Please inspect the packaging for any damages immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damages, please contact support@gameroomsupplyusa.com with photos of the damages immediately.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Delivery is considered received once it arrives at the address and is marked as "delivered" by the shipping courier. Saksby Wholesale assumes no responsibility if your order is stolen or cannot be found after it has been marked as delivered.

Triton Poker Tables Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Coverage & Cost: Free Shipping is offered on all orders to the continental 48 states of the USA.
  • Processing & Transit: All orders are currently shipping in 1–7 business days.
  • Orders ship via UPS GROUND or T-FORCE FREIGHT. Triton Poker Tables specifically ship via T-FORCE FREIGHT.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be sent to the email address used to place your order upon shipment. Please note that tracking updates can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours.
  • Expedited Shipping: For any expedited shipping quotes, please email support@gameroomsupplyusa.com.

The Whiskey Workshop Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Coverage: We ship all across the continental United States. We cannot ship bourbon barrel cabinets or other whiskey barrel cabinets to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally due to their bulk.
  • Shipping Large Items (Bourbon Barrel Cabinets):
  • Bourbon barrel cabinets and other bulky items will ship on a pallet via LTL Freight.
  • Shipping typically takes 8–10 business days.
  • The carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • The carrier cannot bring whiskey barrel cabinets inside your house or up steps.
  • Damage in Transit: If you suspect damage to your whiskey barrel cabinet, you should refuse the delivery. If refused, the cabinet will be returned to us, and we will repair or replace it.

Shipping Policy

  • Arrangements: We will arrange for shipment of products to your provided address.
  • Shipping & Handling Charges: You are responsible for and will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Liability: We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
  • Title and Risk of Loss: Title to and risk of loss pass to you, the customer, upon our transfer of the products to the carrier/delivery agent (or upon pick up by your agent/common carrier).

At US Game Room Supply, we use dedicated shipping methods to ensure your handcrafted table arrives in perfect condition. Because our tables feature 100% real wood and single-slab surfaces, they require specialized handling.

Shipping Coverage & Quotes

  • Service Area: We offer in-home delivery and professional table installation across the continental United States.
  • Quotes: Shipping quotes and delivery options are provided in real-time after you enter your address during the checkout process.

Delivery Tiers

We offer several classes of delivery depending on your location and home access:

  • Curbside / Threshold Delivery: Your fully assembled table is delivered to your driveway, curb, or garage entry.
  • Modified White Glove Delivery: The delivery crew will place the table in its final spot inside your home.
  • Specific Access Options: We offer specialized versions of White Glove delivery for homes with stairs or those requiring leg and surface removal.

Installation & Leveling

  • Final Leveling: While our delivery crew places the table, they do not perform the final leveling. Our tables feature a proprietary tri-point leveling system designed for maximum flexibility.
  • Instructions: Every table includes comprehensive leveling and care instructions to help you adjust for uneven floors or environmental changes (such as humidity).

Local Pickup

  • Location: Tables are produced and available for pickup at our shop in Delano, MN.
  • Transport Requirements: Tables travel best fully assembled in an enclosed trailer. Pickup trucks or large SUVs can be used if the legs are removed.
  • Responsibility: While we are happy to help you load your table, securing and transporting the item safely is the customer's responsibility.

Dedicated Handling

  • Quality Assurance: To ensure the highest quality, we do not use traditional LTL (Less Than Truckload) or FTL (Full Truckload) delivery trucks. Your table is handled by dedicated specialists.
  • Production: All tables are produced in-house in the USA. We do not drop-ship tables from overseas.

  • Shipping providers and delivery times vary, but typically take between 5–7 days in transit.

Tracking:

A. Order Confirmation & Availability

    • Confirmation: Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent, signifying that we have received your order in our system.

    • Stock Check: We immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and ready for shipment.

    • Out of Stock: If the item is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, we will notify you via email.

B. Lead Times & Shipment

    • Shipping Lead Times: The specific shipping lead time for each product can be found on the individual product page (typically under the "Add to Cart" button).

    • Tracking: An email with tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of the order being shipped.

    • Tracking Delay: If you have not received tracking info within 3 days after the lead time posted on the product page, please contact us.

    • Shipping Carriers: Most shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS.

    • Delivery Restrictions: We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO BOX addresses.

    • Signature Required: Some orders (dependent on order value) may be shipped with signature confirmation required. This means an adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for and accept the product.

C. Shipping Location

    • The Indoor Golf Shop Brand Items: Items with "SIG" or "SIGPRO" in the title will ship directly from our warehouse in Dallas, TX.

    • Manufacturer-Shipped Items: Technology products like Launch Monitors, Projectors, and certain accessories are typically shipped directly from their respective manufacturer to ensure faster delivery.

D. Receipt of Products & Damage Claims (CRITICAL)

    • Adult Signature: An adult must be present upon delivery of all products to inspect and sign for goods received.

    • Inspection is Required: It is crucial that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport.

Damage Claim Windows:

        • Parcel Claims (Small Items): You have a 14-day window to contact us if the package was received damaged or missing items.

        • Freight Claims (Large Items):

          • If there is visible damage, please contact us within 24 hours of your freight delivery.

          • Freight Claims must be formally submitted with the freight carrier within 5 days of delivery.

Damage Resolution:

        • Process: If damage is found, contact us immediately. A claim will be filed with the carrier.

        • Packaging: The damaged package must remain in its original box with original packaging for carrier pickup.

        • Replacement: Once the carrier picks up the damaged product, we will work with suppliers to ship a replacement to you.

E. Delivery Responsibility

    • Once an order shows as “Delivered” based on tracking information, The Indoor Golf Shop is not responsible for any non-receipt situation (e.g., theft). No replacement or refund will be given on orders marked as "Delivered."

8. All Other Brands

9. Delivery Issues & Administrative

9.1  Order Cancellation

    • All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.
    • Cancellation Window: To make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
    • Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
    • Cancellation Fee: Unshipped orders cancelled after 1 hour are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

9.2  Delivery Issues

    • Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or if tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, please contact us promptly at support@gameroomsupplyusa.com or 1-419-517-0731.
    • Damaged Packages (Non-Freight): If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and items. Contact us at support@gameroomsupplyusa.com within 7 days.

9.3  Incorrect Address

    • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9.4  International Customs and Duties

    • Note: Although US Game Room Supply is primarily domestic, some brands may allow international shipping on certain items (or to Canada/UK).
    • Taxes and Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
    • Customs Clearance: International shipments may require customs clearance, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
