  • General Return Policy Overview: We accept returns on most items in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery or purchase date.
  • Important: Due to the specialty nature of our high-value products, all returns, refunds, and warranties are governed by the specific policies of the product's brand. Please review the brand-by-brand section below for all eligibility, restocking fees, and timeframes relevant to your purchase.

BBO Poker Tables

Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

Lifetime Warranty – Table Structure
Our Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty covers the table structure, materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet against failure or significant deformation under intended use. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Not Covered:
Table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest material, foam components, and normal wear-and-tear items.

Seating – 2-Year Warranty
Chairs, ottomans, and benches are covered for 2 years. Warranty does not cover customer modifications, improper use (rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limits, standing, climbing), neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, accidents, or inadequate maintenance/cleaning (pet hair, environmental growth, pests, water damage).

Electronics & Custom Components – 2-Year Warranty
Electronic components are covered for 2 years. Modifying or customizing LED components, refinishing the table, or incorrect assembly adjustments will void the warranty.

Returns (30 Days)
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders (custom armrest material or layouts) are non-refundable. Customer pays all return shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee applies after inspection confirms the product is damage-free.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Production: Cancel within 24 business hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee applies. Pre-orders have a 72-hour window before the fee applies.
  • After Production Started: 30% cancellation fee applies.

Shipping Damage
All shipments are protected by our Copperwire TNT tracking system. You must note all damages on the Bill of Lading at delivery to be covered. Failure to note damages at delivery voids concealed damage claim rights per freight law. Follow the Shipping & Receiving Instructions included with your order.

How to File a Warranty Claim
Email support@gameroomsupplyusa.com with photos/videos of the issue and your name & order number in the subject line. BBO will confirm receipt within 24 hours and advise on resolution steps. For valid claims, BBO will ship replacement components (customer responsible for installation). Shipping damage is not a manufacturer's defect and must be handled through Copperwire TNT at delivery.


RAM Game Room

Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

Warranty – 1 Year
All RAM Game Room branded merchandise includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. RAM may request images of the warranty issue before honoring the claim. Non-RAM branded merchandise is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. If unsure, contact RAM Customer Service or the manufacturer directly.

Returns – Buyer's Remorse
If you receive a product in excellent working condition but wish to return it due to personal preference:

  • Option 1 – RAM Arranges Return Shipping: RAM sends call tags and arranges pickup. Credit issued less 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs. Items must be in good working order and original packaging.
  • Option 2 – Customer Arranges Return Shipping: Customer ships products back to RAM's warehouse. Credit issued less 25% restocking fee. Items must be in good working order and original packaging.

Shipping Damage
Notify RAM Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product to start the damage claim process. Keep the entire package until RAM confirms it can be disposed of. Images of the damaged product are required for all claims.

  • Courier Shipments (UPS, FedEx): 21-day limit from delivery to report damages. Claims made after 21 days will be denied.
  • LTL (Pallet) Shipments: 3-day limit from delivery to report concealed damages. For visible damage, either refuse the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Always sign with "Subject to Inspection" on delivery. Claims made after 3 days will be denied.

Pinball Brothers

Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

  • Warranted Items: The warranty covers only the following items against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service:

    • Printed Circuit Boards: 6 months

    • LCD Display: 12 months

  • Start Date: Warranty periods are effective from the initial date of shipment from Pinball Brothers.

  • Normal Wear: Normal signs of wear and slight variations between handmade machines are not covered, as they are expected due to the unique, handcrafted nature of the product.

  • No Other Parts Warranted: No other parts of the machine are covered under this limited warranty.

Exclusions (What Voids the Warranty)

The warranty does not apply to any parts damaged due to:

  • Damage during shipment or due to improper handling.

  • Improper installation or improper usage.

  • Any alteration or modification of the product.

  • Pinball Brothers is not liable for any anticipated profits, loss of profits, loss of use, or any accidental or consequential damages incurred by the customer.

Conditions for Activation

  • Initial Purchaser Only:  Warranties are non-transferrable and apply only to the initial purchaser.

  • Mandatory Registration:  The machine must be registered for warranty within 15 days of purchase to activate coverage.

    • How to Register: Submit a ticket through the PB support system stating the machine's serial number and using "Warranty Registration" as the message.

    • Contact support@gameroomsupplyusa.com with any needs for support.

Replacement Parts Process (RMA)

  1. Request: Contact your selling distributor or submit a ticket through the PB support system to request replacement parts.

  2. Qualification: You will be notified if your request qualifies for warranty coverage, and an RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) number will be assigned.

  3. Payment & Shipment: You pay the MSRP for the replacement part, and it is shipped to you.

  4. Return & Refund: Once you receive the replacement, send the original faulty unit back to Pinball Brothers in the same box. Upon receipt of the faulty unit, your initial payment will be refunded.

Statutory Warranties Disclaimer

  • This Limited Warranty is separate from and does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state or country.

  • To understand any applicable statutory warranties in your area, please contact your domestic/local distributor.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • The item must still meet the standard eligibility criteria (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).

Processing Refunds

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged for used, unopened, non-defective items returned due to buyer remorse (e.g., customer changes their mind).

    • This fee helps cover processing and repackaging costs.

    • This fee DOES NOT apply to defective product(s) returned within the first 30 days.

  • In cases where a return is accepted despite an offered solution, the return costs and any applicable restocking fee must be paid by the customer.

6. Non-Returnable Items / Exclusions

  • We cannot accept returns for:

    • Clearance items

    • Items you have already assembled

7. Damages and Issues (Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item)

  • You are obligated to send photographic/video evidence of the damage/defect. These files must be digitally date-marked and sent to support@gameroomsupplyusa.com.

  • Upon inspection, Saksby Wholesale reserves the right to decide upon one of the following options:

    1. The damage warrants a discount.

    2. The damage warrants a refund (for the item price only, excluding shipping).

    3. A new item will be sent out.

8. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have (following the process above).

  • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. Processing Refunds

1. Customized & Bespoke Items

3. Sizing & Fit

  • Customer Responsibility: We provide critical dimensions for all tables (including "playing box" measurements for basement egress). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the table will fit through doors, hallways, and stairs.
  • Inconvenience: We are not responsible for returns or delivery failures caused by space constraints.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Deductions: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus any original shipping costs.

30-Day Return Policy

  • A 30-day return policy applies to all items with the following exceptions:

    • Final Sale Items: Wall Mounted Arcade Cabinets, Micro SD cards, and 2TB M.2 hard drives are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Return Condition: Returns must be in new or like new condition.

  • Fees: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • Initiating a Return: Returns can be initiated from your customer account.

Warranty Exchanges

  • Warranty exchanges can be initiated within 6 months of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping for a warranty exchange is covered by Umbrella Arcades.

  • Processing: Once the faulty product is received, the replacement will be shipped within 24 hours.

Physical Damages (CRITICAL INSTRUCTIONS)

  • General Damage: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Wall Mounted Arcades:

    • Inspection: You must inspect the shipment upon arrival.

    • Rejection: Reject delivery immediately if there is any physical damage to the unit.

    • Acceptance: Return shipments for physical damage that are accepted on delivery will not be at the expense of Umbrella Arcades.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Please allow several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Wall Mounted Arcades: Refunds will not be issued for Wall Mounted Arcades.

Cancellations

  • Eligibility: Cancellation requests may be submitted for any item other than Wall Mounted Arcades.

  • Process: Please reach out via store chat or contact us at support@gameroomsupplyusa.com to submit a cancellation request.

  • Fee: A $20 cancellation fee will be taken from the refunded amount. The refund will be issued immediately upon cancellation.

1. General Return Policy (Standard Items)

  • 30-Day Window: We offer a 30-Day Easy Return Policy for standard, non-excluded items.

  • Condition: Products eligible for return must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.

2. Return Fees

  • Restocking Fee (Standard): All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be assessed and deducted from the refund.

  • Restocking Fee (Used/Worn): If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, rendering it unsellable as "new," it will be classified as a refurbished unit, and an up to 40% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Order Cancellations & Edits

  • Cancellation Deadline: Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid fees.

  • Cancellation Fee: Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 3% merchant processing fee.

  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not permitted. The item must be returned under the 30-day return policy, and the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and the 3% merchant processing fee, along with any applicable restocking fees.

  • Editing Orders:

    • Standard Items: Contact us immediately to edit your order.

    • Custom Items: Contact us to edit your order within 24 hours before manufacturing begins.

4. Refund Processing

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the returned item is inspected (checking for good working order and no signs of damage).

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 3 days to 3 weeks, pending your bank's policy.

II. Manufacturer Defects & Warranty

  • Defect Assessment: Our customer support team will assess whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or natural wear and tear.

  • Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace the item at no extra charge. If repair or replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

  • Initiating a Claim: Visit our RETURN PORTAL (link provided) to begin the process for manufacturing defect claims.

III. Brand-Specific Return Exceptions (Supersede General Policy)

The return and refund policies below are set by the manufacturer and supersede the general 30-Day Easy Return Policy listed above.
